Who this is for
Your website was built years ago, probably by someone who is no longer around. Every change needs a specialist, small edits take weeks, and the platform underneath (.NET, an old CMS, a custom build nobody understands) has become a liability. Meanwhile it is slow on phones, and you quietly suspect it is costing you customers.
The reason most businesses put this off is fear: fear of losing Google rankings, fear of the site going down, fear of an open-ended bill. This package is designed around removing those three fears.
What you get
- A rebuilt site on a modern, maintainable platform that your own team can update without calling a developer.
- SEO carried over intact. Every existing URL redirected properly, metadata and structured data preserved or improved, rankings protected by plan rather than by luck.
- All content migrated. Pages, posts, images, and documents come across; nothing is retyped, nothing is lost.
- Performance and mobile brought up to standard. Fast on a phone on a bad connection, because that is where your customers are.
- Integrations preserved. CRM, forms, analytics, and whatever else the old site quietly did keeps working.
- A cutover plan with no downtime. The old site runs until the new one is proven. The business never goes dark.
How the 3 to 5 weeks go
Week 1 · Audit and plan
We inventory every page, URL, integration, and ranking the current site has, and write the migration plan before touching anything.
Weeks 2-4 · Rebuild in parallel
The new site takes shape on a staging environment while the old one keeps serving customers. You review real pages, not mockups.
Week 5 · Cut over and verify
DNS switches, every redirect is tested, search console is watched, and your team is trained to run the site themselves.
What it costs
Most rebuilds in this shape land between ₹1.5 and 4 lakh, depending on the size of the site, the state of the old platform, and how many integrations need to survive the move. After the audit, you get one fixed price in writing. Hosting typically gets cheaper after the move, not more expensive.
What this is not
- Not a logo-and-branding project. We work with your existing brand; a full rebrand is a different engagement with different people.
- Not an e-commerce megabuild. A catalogue and enquiry flows are in scope; a 10,000-SKU store with payments and logistics is a custom project and we will scope it honestly as one.
- Not a content-writing service. We migrate and structure your content; writing new copy is available but priced separately.
Proof it works
We migrated a UK real-estate firm off an ageing .NET platform onto WordPress with CRM integration, content and SEO carried over intact, planned so the business kept running throughout. It was live within a month. The details are in our case studies, and the walkthrough of how we protect rankings during a move is in Will a website migration hurt my SEO?
